Payment and shipping
We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. Whenever you are ready to check out you will be taken to a secure one-page check out.
We value all our customers and offer free delivery on all products worldwide by DHL International express (1 -5 days) and delivery within the UK by Royal Mail 1st class signed for. Please note that all import duties of taxes and charges are unable to be included in the item Shipping and handling costs.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with the Customs Office in the destination country to determine what these additional costs will be before proceeding with your purchase.
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number to keep you updated with the whereabouts of your item(s) so please make sure that you have provided a valid email address.
Refunds & exchanges
Thank you for purchasing from Hafsa’s Hair. For the safety of all our customers and for hygiene reasons we do not allow refunds or exchanges, unless in the rare situation where a product may be damaged, or fault; although all items, are checked thoroughly before they are dispatched.
To return any of our products, you will need to email Hafsashairuk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, stating your reason for a return. All returned items must be unused, lace uncut, and in its original packaging, with no damage, for it to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
We require you, to send images, in support of your email. We will then investigate, and we will be in contact within 48 hours. If there is a fault on our side, we will ask that you send your item back to us.
On receipt of the item, a further inspection will be made, and if your item is eligible, we will proceed to issue you and exchange, or a full refund. Please note you have 48 hours to email us once your item has been delivered. We will not be able to offer you a refund, nor exchange after the 48-hour period.

These general terms and conditions of use (terms) are entered into by and between you and Hafasahair.com Include you in consideration of your use of the access to this website, and the promises and obligations hearing, and intending to be legally bound, you and Hafsashair.com hereby agree as follows:
Making amendments/cancelling your order
All wigs are made to order and take 14-21 business days to process. They go into production shortly after you place an order if you wish to cancel or change anything in your wig order this must be done within 24 hours from the time you place your order. Any order amendments after this time will be subject to a fee equal to half of the cost of the wig (deposit) to cover the cost of wasted materials. This fee will not be waved under any circumstance.
The text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, illustrations, descriptions, data, and other material provided on the site as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof are referred to collectively as the “content”. The content may contain errors, omissions, or typographical errors or may be out of date. Hafsashair.com may change, delete, or update any content at any time and without prior notice. The content is provided for informational purposes only and is not binding on Hafsashair.com in any way.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Hafsashair.com be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use Hafsa’s hair lace wigs/products .By purchasing lace wigs and products from Hafsashair.com, you agree to use the products as instructed by product packaging. Hafsashair.com will not be held liable for misuse of any products.
